Gluten Free Butternut Squash Rice Pasta
Butternut squash, also known in Australia and New Zealand as butternut pumpkin, is a type of winter squash. It has a sweet, nutty taste similar to that of a pumpkin. It has yellow skin and orange fleshy pulp.
Made some gluten-free rice spaghetti noodles with butternut squash sauce, accompanied by Udi’s gluten-free bread with some organic cheese steaks. Then I shredded some organic cheese sticks on top and toasted the buns- BOMB SON. Shredded up some fresh parm on top that I got from Whole Foods, one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile! All gluten-free / Non-GMO.
