Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2018 – Gluten Free Style

WDW Trip Report Day 3: We visit the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! Was a lot like the Food & Wine Festival except the fact they had a bunch more flowers and topiaries at every turn. The merchandise was eh okay but still can’t find a 2018 poster, GRR! However, check out the adventure below. Also had dinner at Akershus House in Norway. The F&G Festival takes place every year sometime between Feb 28th-May 28th with several events, presentations all on flower & garden topics.

Love seeing the monorail, even before entering EPCOT!

We are IN! We always opt to take the photo at the end of the night, a lot more scenic to have a family photo at night.

MN Week Day 3: Como Park Zoo & Conservatory

Talk about a busy place, here is a little run down of the Como Park Zoo below:

The Como Park zoo and conservatory are owned by the City of Saint Paul and are a division of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation. The attractions located there include the zoo, the conservatory, an amusement park, a carousel, Lake Como, a golf course, a pool and more. The park receives more than 1.9 million visitors annually. Como Park is a free park and while no admission fee is charged for the zoo or conservatory, voluntary donations of $3 per adult and $2 child are suggested.

Walking in to the Como Park you see the Conservatory first

It was a free park to visit! We also went on a Friday I believe so it was so busy and more moms then you could count and probably the most kids and babies I’ve ever seen in my life. This place was pretty epic and cool however with many great things to see and do. They also have MOLDARAMA MACHINES! My favorite.

Pretty impressive entrance for being FREE! Hit Read More.

New Disney Candles & a Visit to Good Earth

anthology

Soarin Over, Pineapple Whip, Rome Burning Anthology Candles

Got in my new Disney Scented candles from Anthology, I’ve already done a post on them previously just wanted to share thoughts on these new scents. I bought Soarin Over, Rome Burning, and Pineapple Whip, now each one correlates with a Disney favorite as you probably know.

The Soaring Over, eh smells like oranges but mostly just put it out after 30 minutes because it’s so powerful and overwhelming. Dole Whip is also the same way real powerful but scent is pretty good for awhile. Now my favorite is Rome Burning which is just like the ride on Spaceship Earth at EPCOT, it’s one of my favorites and is probably the best scented candle they have to remind you of it!
